Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Service Manager and assists with customer service and the administration of the Service Department. Responsibilities include:

• Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
• Provide administrative support for work orders, scheduling and trucking documentation
• Work with technicians to sign off on completed work orders in preparation for invoicing
• Responsible for tracking technician hours for payroll
• Provide sales support by contacting existing clients for future service work
• Process warranty and/or product improvement claims
• Close and invoice all service department workorders
• Complete month end processes
• Open work orders as directed by the Service Manager and maintain control until they are closed and invoiced
• Maintain Service Department filing and records
• Update customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the work orders

Skills and Qualifications

• A diploma in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales advisor/service role
• Experience with and/or knowledge of agriculture and turf equipment
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
• Ability to use standard desktop applications suck has Microsoft Office, Excel and internet functions
• Valid driver license
• Ability to work on a Saturday rotation, as well as extended hours during seasonal demands

Wage Range

• $52,000 - $58,000 per year
• The posted range reflects the skills and qualifications listed above
• Candidates with more or less experience, education or knowledge may be considered at a point outside the range
