The Opportunity:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver zero-emission bus depot projects, while overseeing design, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful fleet modernization transition.

What you can expect to do here:

Lead ZEB (Zero Emission Bus) infrastructure programs, promoting innovation, stakeholder alignment, and effective project governance.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, structural, mechanical, digital systems) to deliver integrated and high-performing solutions.

Establish robust project management frameworks covering scope, cost, risk, change management, and reporting.

Act as the primary client liaison during the design phase, facilitating workshops, guiding decision-making, and leading negotiations.

Collaborate with utilities, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure project success.

Implement collaborative models such as EaaS (Energy as a Service) and design-build to streamline execution and mitigate risks.
Advocate for engineering value and continuous improvement, fostering resilience, quality, and innovation across all projects.
What you’ll bring to WSP:

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.

P. Eng holder.
-
Over 10 years of experience in project management and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure, including ZEB depot or fleet facility programs.

Strong leadership experience in design delivery, project controls, and stakeholder engagement.
-
Experience applying value engineering, resilience planning, and lifecycle design in fleet electrification projects.
-
Solid understanding of procurement and construction processes to ensure smooth project handover.
-
Proficiency in BIM, Microsoft Project, cost control tools, and MS Office 365.
-
Bilingualism (English/French) is required to support clients across Canada.

The selected candidate must be willing to travel across Canada to support team development initiatives.
