JOB DESCRIPTION
AAA Canada is currently looking for a Senior Structural Assembler to bring their expertise to our team.
Responsibilities
- Repair, modify and assemble metal aircraft structures
- Assemble parts and components to exact drawing dimensions and customer specifications
- Work with a variety of materials, including both pre-fabricated and composite components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Work to safety, quality and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with technical teams and supervisors for efficient execution of work
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and product quality
Skills and Qualifications
- Recognized diploma in aircraft maintenance techniques, or aircraft structure recognized by Transport Canada, or any other accredited course.
- You have a minimum of Ten (10) years' experience in a similar position
- Rigor, Strong attention to detail, dexterity and autonomy
- Good ability to work as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in producing work that meets exact specifications and quality standards.
- Tool Proficient: You are comfortable using various assembly tools and precision measurement instruments
Required experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Manufacturing Repair and Assembly, refurbishing, Mobile repair team (Holes repair, blending, etc..)
