About the Role: We have a current opening for a Retail Business Analyst and are actively reviewing applications.
The Retail Business Analyst is the technical backbone and data steward for the Ferrero Retail organization. This role ensures the seamless operation of field technology and maintains the integrity of retail databases. Beyond technical ownership, this role transforms raw data into standardized reporting and supports the development of retail programs
- Retail Analytics and Insights: Harmonize and analyze data from multiple databases to drive operational optimization through improvement of KPIs while implementing marketing and sales strategies.
- Database Maintenance: Execute regular data uploads and perform sync duties to ensure alignment between multiple databases and timely database rotations
- IT Troubleshooting and Training: Be the first line of defense when it comes to solving the problems resulting in CRM tools and maintaining databases across platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Retail Analytics and Insights: Harmonize and analyze data from multiple databases to drive operational optimization through improvement of KPIs while implementing marketing and sales strategies.
- Database Maintenance: Execute regular data uploads and perform sync duties to ensure alignment between multiple databases and timely database rotations
- IT Troubleshooting and Training: Be the first line of defense when it comes to solving the problems resulting in CRM tools and maintaining databases across platforms.
- Database & Systems Management: Lead Master Data Management for store lifecycles. Execute syncs and uploads across multiple databases.
- IT Ownership: Act as the first-line defense for CRM bugs and hardware troubleshooting (handhelds/mobile devices) before escalating to Global IT.
- Analytics & Reporting: Harmonize raw data to build Power BI dashboards. Track KPIs against compensation models and identify retail execution trends.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop training programs to drive tool adoption. Manage the end-to-end technical onboarding for new field representatives.
- Retail Strategy: Maintain expertise in the Canadian retail landscape through regular field "work-withs" and store checks.
About You:
- 1 – 3 year’s related experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Analytics, Data Science preferred
- Experience with Data Wrangling and Database management
- Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query. SQL experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in the operation of handheld technology/reporting systems
- Strong understanding of Canadian retail environment and merchandising best practices
- Skill in analyzing data, identifying trends, insights.

The base salary range for this position is $78,631 - 104,841. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
