We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fieldglass Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Fieldglass consultant you should be able to support the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the Fieldglass VMS platform, experience with SAP integrations, and a good understanding of contingent workforce processes
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for Fieldglass implementation, integration, and support projects.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and Configure Fieldglass modules (Contingent, SOW, Services Procurement, etc.) according to business requirements.
- Lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of the SAP Fieldglass solution.
- Provide expert-level support to clients, resolving issues and troubleshooting system errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Fieldglass releases, enhancements, and industry trends to provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Fieldglass, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
What will your typical day look like?
A typical day for an SAP Fieldglass Consultant is dynamic and varied, filled with opportunities to drive success for clients. As an SAP Fieldglass expert, you play a key role in leading and supporting SAP Fieldglass projects, providing expertise and insights based on your experience. Engaging with client is a crucial part of the day, understanding their specific requirements and designing solutions that align with their goals. You will also be collaborating with the leads of various workstream who will be a part of the Project delivery team. You may also provide guidance on Contingent Workforce Management transformation initiatives and help clients optimize processes.
As an SAP Fieldglass consultant you are expected to:
- Lead and support Functional Workstream of a project and help deliver SAP Fieldglass implementation projects successfully.
- Work with other workstream leads such as Integration Lead and Change Management Lead to provide functional inputs
- Manage parts of client engagements
- Develop external eminence for Deloitte and yourself
- Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners within Deloitte

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FieldGlass.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Fieldglass solution, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Experience working with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful implementations.
- Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass modules, such as Vendor Management System (VMS), Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), and Statement of Work (SOW).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- SAP Fieldglass certification is highly preferred
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $124,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
