We are looking for a Technical Publications Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and leadership to a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters, and information supports every stage of the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
As the Technical Publications Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of technical writers, illustrators, and documentation specialists.
- Assess current tools, processes, and practices to identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Modernize documentation standards, workflows, and publishing methods.
- Oversee the creation, delivery and maintenance of operator’s manuals, service manuals, parts catalogs, machine labeling artwork, safety information, and digital content for Tigercat’s full product range.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, service, and product support to gather accurate information and ensure documentation integrity.
- Implement and refine workflows, content management systems, and illustration software.
- Drive improvements in documentation processes, structure, and delivery formats, including digital and interactive content.
- Ensure compliance, consistency, and quality across all published materials.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and resources in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or technical communications.
- Demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams or projects.
- Strong communication, coaching, and change management skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment, with the ability to interpret engineering information.
- Proficiency with modern documentation tools, platforms, and illustration applications. Experience with Paligo CMS, Adobe InDesign, SolidWorks Composer an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage competing deadlines and adapt to evolving product requirements.
- Clear communication skills and a systematic, solution-oriented mindset.
