As our innovative business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Full-Time Inventory Control Coordinator for our Richmond location. This individual will have responsibilities including, organizing the meat cooler/stocking and rotating stock, cycle counting, transferring products to the freezer, and filling orders. Position: Full Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Wage: Starting at $23/hour (paid on weekly basis!) Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization or warehouse environment Ensure all items in the warehouse are accurate, audited, received and stored. Ensure inventory will meet customer demands efficiently. Advise on stock inflow and outflow Compile inventory information and present it to Management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restocking. Provide accurate information on inventory to customers to guide them on order availability Investigate inaccuracies in the inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance focusing on customer satisfaction Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control experience. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to perform fundamental mathematical functions. Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email and internet software applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
