Location : Toronto, Ontario Client : Facility Association
Role Overview : The IT Support Engineer (L2) provides advanced technical support and resolves incidents escalated from the service desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex endpoint and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Manage device policies through Intune.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Assist in security patching and compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory and Entra ID
- Endpoint management tools
- PowerShell basics
- Incident management Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong troubleshooting capability
- Collaboration with engineering teams Education & Experience : 6 years IT support experience. Microsoft certifications preferred.
