Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Electrical Applications Specialist based onsite at our Calgary, AB Eaton facility and offers benefits from day one.

Are you passionate about electrical control and power distribution systems? Under the guidance of our Satellite Manager, you'll play a key role in driving both the engineering and marketing of innovative electrical solutions up to 600V.
This dynamic position involves managing pricing strategies, leading negotiations, handling order entry and customer-specific engineering, and delivering top-tier customer service. You'll also oversee the quality and manufacturing of panel boards, switchboards, and enclosed controls—making a direct impact on our product excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

Technical Expertise & Support – Provide hands-on technical support to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth application and integration of products.

Pricing Leadership – Maintain pricing authority for field sales and distributors, balancing competitiveness with profitability.

Strategic Growth Initiatives – Develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, enhance customer service, and optimize price realization.

Order & Production Oversight – Manage order administration, production planning, and scheduling, while ensuring inventory availability for efficient product assembly.

Engineering Documentation – Deliver accurate and detailed engineering drawings to support product design and customization.

Quotation & Application Support – Prepare quotations, create AutoCAD drawings, and provide expert application support for Eaton’s product portfolio.

Values-Driven Performance – Execute all responsibilities in alignment with Eaton’s Philosophy and Values, Code of Ethics, and commitment to safety, environmental standards, and cost improvement.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Post-secondary Degree/ Diploma from an accredited institution.

AutoCAD experience.
-
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

No relocation is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 80km radius of the Calgary, AB facility will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing electrical controls and/or power distribution products.
- Experience providing/ creating pricing details/ quotations for customers.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
