What the job involves

• Dive into the world of cloud computing and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure
• You'll learn about cloud platforms (like GCP or AWS), automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code
• Participate in deploying and managing applications, improving security posture, monitoring system performance, and working with containerization technologies
• This co-op offers a unique opportunity to gain practical skills in a dynamic and in-demand area
• Some things the cloud platform team works on:
• Managing, monitoring and improving infrastructure and related tools
• Supporting the release processes
• Enhancing availability and scalability of the platform
• Mitigating cybersecurity risks
• Automating manual processes
• Some of the technologies we use on the Cloud Engineering team include:
• Shell/Python/Go, Unix/Linux, Terraform, MongoDB, GCP, AWS, Wiz
• Security-related Responsibilities:
• Compliance with Information Security Policies
• Compliance with League’s secure coding practice
• Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
• Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
