About the role

Red Seal Millwright – Maintenance – OLYMEL Red Deer, AB

Wage: $48.77/hour Shift: Mon-Fri 14:00-23:30 Location: Red Deer, Alberta We're hiring a Red Seal Certified Millwright to join our maintenance team at a high-volume meat production facility. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial production equipment to keep our lines running safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

Perform mechanical repairs, alignments, and installations on industrial equipment Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues Collaborate with production, engineering, and other maintenance trades What you need: Red Seal Millwright certification Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (food processing an asset, not required) Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends What we offer: Competitive wage with shift premiums Full benefits package and matching pension Stable, full-time hours in a unionized environment with clear progression
