Home Delivery – Post Operations Associate The Post Operations Associate will support the major appliance and television purchase customer experience by ensuring and monitoring the smooth flow of customer orders within pre-established standards for all aspects of the logistics functions. advanced communication and computer skills will enable for an effective way process home delivery orders, provide customer service to our stores and assist in resolving pre- and post-inventory related delivery issues. Using communication and customer service skills to be able to provide information effectively and clearly to the Distribution Centers, stores, Home Delivery Carriers and intermittently customers, as well as to be able to provide answers and/or solutions to any inquiries.

As a Post Operations Associate, You Will

• Work directly with the stores and home delivery carriers nationally to resolve pending orders and outstanding customer return transfers
• Ensure product is returned to the store and/or DC within target range, by managing the flow of product between customer, delivery carrier and store
• Have direct involvement in assisting stores to resolve pending orders and outstanding customer return transfers
• Provide world class customer service by supporting the stores to resolve pending orders, and ensuring product is returned to stores within pre-established timelines
• Work diligently with sensitive customer information and vigorously upholds Privacy/Security standards

We Ask That You Have

• Minimum 2 years Administration Experience -working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 1 year Customer service experience
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy & speed in alpha/numeric data entry
• Intermediate to Advanced Experience with MS Excel/Word and other Windows applications
