What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with general plant operations including material handling and equipment maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of plant areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support production teams by preparing tools, materials, and workspaces
- Monitor equipment and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding industrial environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Ability to operate basic tools and machinery
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
