We are offering an Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) Training & Placement Program designed for professionals who want to build or advance their careers in Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise HR technology environments within the Canadian market.
This program provides hands-on exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HRIS systems, and enterprise HR processes, enabling participants to support HR system implementations, configuration, integrations, and digital HR transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HRIS systems
- Gather and document HR business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Assist with Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and system enhancements
- Support HR process improvements related to employee lifecycle management, benefits, payroll, and talent management
- Create process documentation, workflows, and system requirement documents
- Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution
- Support data validation, HR reporting, and workforce analytics initiatives
- Assist with system integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT teams during project delivery
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance within HRIS platforms
