What You'll Be Doing

  • Enter, verify, and maintain production data in plant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Review and validate production data, including counts, production draws, and inventory-related information
  • Confirm accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production outputs to ensure system alignment
  • Ensure data entered flows correctly into systems such as billing and operations
  • Work cross-functionally with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, with potential to assist with procurement tasks as the role evolves

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate, high-volume data entry
  • Capability to work confidently with computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant and office teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform reliably in a fast-paced production environment
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when handling data discrepancies
  • Titan or similar system/database experience preferred

Work Environment

This role is based in a production or plant office setting and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. Work is primarily computer-based, with exposure to an active industrial environment. Appropriate safety training and equipment are provided.
