About the role
Our travel client is looking for a Proofreader to join their team for a remote, 6-week project.
This person is responsible for reviewing, editing, and enhancing travel‑related content across multiple digital platforms. This role ensures that destination pages, hotel descriptions, travel guides, and promotional listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate brings both editorial expertise and real‑world experience working with major travel booking platforms such as Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, and similar OTAs.
You will be focused on updating and validating hotel information across Expedia, Booking.com, and Agoda (as well as other travel and booking websites).
Updates will include: Mirror amenities on-brand and partner website Validate photo counts on brand and partner website Tag photos to match brand Ex: update photo to include a bathroom tag if it only has a room tag Validate room codes match brand
It would be extremely helpful if you have travel agency or travel QA experience!
