The Opportunity
At Orennia, creating memorable and valuable experiences for our clients and industry colleagues sets us apart. We’re seeking a highly organized, collaborative and driven person to support our experiential brand. You’ll work closely with the Senior Events & Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver exceptional experiences. What You’ll Do
You’ll help coordinate experiential activations, including our marquee events, sponsorship opportunities, and conference participation in cities across North America and the UK, ensuring deep alignment with our commercial goals. Support various events across remote locations in the US and UK including event communications, event marketing, venue coordination, vendor management, AV, printing and on-site logistics and execution. Use HubSpot Marketing platform to set up event landing pages, workflows, email communications, manage invite lists, build status dashboards, etc. Research and compile recommendations on conferences, sponsorship opportunities, and industry events aligned with company goals. Manage conference registrations and event tracking. Support post-event and conference reporting and tracking. Collaborate with other teams across the organization. Provide support with other marketing activities such as campaigns, communications, content coordination, data management for reporting, etc. Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed.
Who You Are
You have at least 3 years of experience in event marketing with a degree or diploma in event planning, marketing, or a related field. You can demonstrate your successes leading multiple, high-touch events. You have strong project management skills and the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. You are highly organized and have a strong attention to detail. You are a strong communicator with exceptional writing skills. You are actively identify opportunities to improve things and are a creative problem solver, keen to dig in and figure things out. You have experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub. You bring strong interpersonal and excellent relationship-building skills. You have a keen interest in the energy transition. You are excited about working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and embracing change and ambiguity. You hold Canadian citizenship, Permanent Residency, or refugee status and have the ability to travel internationally to manage events abroad.
