Position Name What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, leading internal and external audits, implementing quality tools, and driving a cultural transformation towards quality excellence and Q5.
- Implement and maintain Autoliv (ALV) quality standards to improve KPIs, with strong focus on TNQC, customer scorecard improvement, and alignment with global best practices.
- Develop and mentor team members, lead cross-department follow-ups, benchmark with other sites, and manage quality projects to ensure consistent performance and sustainable results.
What Is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and project management. Availability to work in shifts to monitor, support, and train the team as needed.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on cultural transformation, KPI improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
