27,50$/H / $3/hour premium on hours worked during rotation in Yellowknife
Nolinor is looking for a full-time ramp agent, residing in Edmonton (YEG). The selected candidate will work on a regular weekly rotation schedule between the two bases, spending one full week at YEG followed by one full week at YZF. They may also be required to travel to other company locations within Canada or to locations outside of Canada, including international assignments, in accordance with the company’s operational needs.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ground activities surrounding aircraft in operation. The agent will accompany the aircraft during its flights to remote destinations (usually returning to base the same evening) to oversee the loading/unloading of cargo. All necessary theoretical training for the mentioned tasks will be provided before the employee’s first day of work.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the loading/unloading of cargo in Edmonton (YEG) or Yellowknife (YZF) and at destination;
- Complete the necessary documentation for the transport of dangerous goods;
- Perform towing and refueling of aircraft when necessary;
- Assist the maintenance team in aircraft preparation;
- Act as technical support for customers and suppliers;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma, an asset;
- Available for day and/or evening rotations;
- Valid driver’s license (Class 2, an asset);
- Good physical condition;
- Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions;
- Have a functional French, both oral and written, an asset ;
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, to communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers;
- Experience in the aviation industry, an asset.
