Position Overview

The Stober Group, a leading provider of commercial and residential property management services, is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Facility Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of our properties, with a strong focus on quality assurance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Pressure washing exterior surfaces including sidewalks, entrances, and building façades
- Cleaning and maintaining stairwells, hallways, and other common areas
- Performing basic painting tasks for touch-ups and general upkeep
- Repairing drywall and minor structural finishes as needed
- Replacing HVAC filters on a routine schedule across various facilities
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure property standards are met
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Reporting and addressing maintenance concerns promptly
- Participating in facility safety meetings and complying with strict company safety policies
- Working independently with minimal supervision and managing time effectively
- Collaborating with the larger facilities team when needed, but primarily functioning as a self-starter
- Parkade cleaning
- Sidewalk snow removal and application of ice melt
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility or grounds maintenance, general labor, or similar trade
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and work in varying outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with HVAC filter replacement, drywall repair, and painting techniques
- Comfortable using pressure washing equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Willingness to participate in safety training and adhere to OSHA and company safetyprotocols
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
The employee will be based at the Landmarks reporting to the Director of Operations but will require a means of travelling to nearby residential properties to attend issues.
The employee will need to be familiar with towing small utility trailers; and will be trained on large commercial ride on parkade cleaning machines and large trailer mounted commercial grade pressure washers.
