What we expect
Role R****esponsibilities
- Perform opening procedures, including unlocking the front entrance and preparing the reception area for daily operations
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen and redirect incoming calls and emails as appropriate
- Maintain a clean and well organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and help manage meeting room bookings
- Support event logistics such as catering, attendance tracking and coordination
- Receive, accept, sort and distribute main and deliveries
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, filing, ordering supplies and coffee, document preparation
- Provide information and assistance to internal stakeholders
- Adhere to security procedures for all guests and visitors, ensuring proper sign-in protocols are followed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for
Role****Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is considered an asset
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Punctual with strong attendance record
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word,. Outlook, Excel)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and demonstrated ability to multi-tasks while meeting competing priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
