What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams to help them achieve growth and retention goals
- Manage and respond to internal and external service requests with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer-first mindset
- Maintain and update customer records, new sales data, and account information in CRM systems
- Support contract administration and renewal processes across client accounts
- Prepare reports, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Distribute customer onboarding materials and reports in a timely and organized manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and clients
- Continuously stay informed on products, services, and process updates to deliver knowledgeable support
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team
- Play a key role in the successful day-to-day administration of customer accounts
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative team player who is dedicated to supporting team success
- Adaptability and openness to new ideas, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
- A sense of ownership and accountability for work and outcomes
