About the role
As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful onboarding of new Group Business Insurance clients for Desjardins, primarily in the small market segment. This is a project management-focused role where you will coordinate all steps of implementation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Account Executives, to load systems, finalize contracts, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You will be responsible for managing multiple implementations simultaneously, tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and ensuring all aspects of the process are aligned with Desjardins’ standards and objectives. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding of new group business insurance plans or major changes to existing plans.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of implementation, from initial setup to final delivery.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and internal departments to ensure systems and contracts are accurately loaded and configured.
- Analyze client requests and develop customized solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in various mandates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel across Canada on short notice as required to support client onboarding and relationship-building.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced intermediate knowledge of Group Business Insurance products and services
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Advanced intermediate knowledge of group business insurance products and services
- Available for travel anywhere in Canada at a few days notice
