Our member is looking for a Working Construction Foreman to join their team in Cambridge, ON . A Construction Foreman works at our construction projects aiding with a wide variety of construction-related tasks.

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing Construction related tasks such as: placing and securing rebar, layout and setting of anchor bolts/plates, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, rough carpentry, hollow metal frames, doors and hardware, demolition, plywood sheathing, parapet framing and sheathing, Blueskin and 3m membrane applications, framing, fire stopping applications, patching drywall, etc.
• Operating various equipment, machinery, and tools efficiently and safely to complete scope of work
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience as a working foreman
• Background in construction trade necessary.
• Concrete pouring and finishing experience an asset.
• Excavation and backfill operations experience an asset.
• Heavy equipment operation an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
