About the role
Indigo Park is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team where teamwork is an integral part of our values. Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
- Update employees’ data in the HR/Payroll system, as well as the Time & Attendance system
- Manage and maintain employee’s timecards
- Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in multiple provinces
- Prepare after payroll reports
- Answer employees’ inquiries
Qualifications:
- Excellent level in MS Excel
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a payroll role is an asset
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is an asset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
The ideal candidate should be available from Monday to Friday during the day and occasionally evenings and weekends when required.
