Business Lawyer – (Full-time)

Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking an associate within our Business Law department for an existing vacancy in our Head Office in London.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong business and corporate law skills applicable to an owner-managed business law practice.
Qualifications:
- In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience practicing Business Law. Individuals with more extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal guidance
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with an organized approach
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative setting

Expected base salary for 3 to 6 years of experience:$112,500 to $145,000, plus discretionary bonus eligibility. For candidates with greater than 6 years of experience, compensation will be adjusted beyond the specified range to reflect the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
