Corporate Accountant (Temp to Perm) Our client is on the search for a Corporate Accountant (Temp to Perm) to join their team! Reporting to the Controller, the Corporate Accountant will be an integral team member of the financial reporting. This role has the potential to become permanent. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Manage full-cycle accounting for corporate entities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger activities
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and working papers, management reporting, and assist with month end activities
- Execute indirect and overhead cost allocations in accordance with internal policies
- Perform payroll for around 70-80 employees on a biweekly basis
Your Strengths Include
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel is a must
- Strong investigative and reconciliation abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with QuickBooks and Dayforce is an asset
- Ability to start quickly
