DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the DCC Support Analyst is responsible to coordinate daily cycle counts, monitor, report and investigate inventory, optimize warehouse locations. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPI.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Inventory Cycle Counts
- Coordinate daily cycle counts and problem investigation as needed.
- Monitor and report inventory variance issues, document all inventory discrepancies.
- Obtain the required approval and process adjustments in the system.
- Report inventory accuracy for the daily meeting.
Inventory & Warehouse Analysis
- Maintenance of Storage locations optimizing layout for efficient inventory flow
- Conduct analysis for capacity planning and maximize space utilization
- Provide Warehouse Performance Metrics Daily, Weekly, Monthly
- Use a problem-solving method to determine root cause and prevent reoccurrence of inventory accuracy problems and warehouse errors.
- Maintain and set up new storage conditions in ERP system.
- Support and troubleshoot inventory transactions.
- Super User for all ERP changes and new processes
- Coordinate and transfer inventory between warehouses using replenishment process.
Warehouse Consumable Planning
- Maintain optimum levels of warehouse supplies and order as required.
- Set up and maintain consumable replenish Kanban locations.

Support/Participates in the organization’s Continuous Improvement Plan

Works closely with Analytics team to align and use latest tools available.

Provides Administrative Support for Manager and Team Leads

Champions 5S program

Complete special projects as required.

Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.

Performs other related duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business administration, Operations Management/ or related previous work experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with proven analytic skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP and Kanban systems
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience with Business Intelligence tools. MicroStrategy, Power BI
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Power Pivot is an asset
- Must be available to work outside of regular hours to facilitate and assist customer requirements.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple streams of work from various departments.
