As we expand, we are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to take ownership of coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across our divisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, creativity, and collaboration—ensuring our marketing efforts are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. The Opportunity The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects, from website launches and ad campaigns to trade shows and promotional material. You will serve as the central point of contact between leadership, sales, and creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from concept to execution and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, agencies, printers, etc.) to deliver campaigns and collateral.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Support divisional marketing efforts (e.g., cladding, windows, modular systems, roofing) with tailored campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO/SEM campaigns, and social media content calendars.
- Coordinate trade show participation, including booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Develop and maintain a project tracker for marketing initiatives across all divisions.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing coordination, or campaign execution.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in construction, building products, or B2B marketing is an asset.
