The job is a member of the Global Security team. This role is responsible for ensuring station compliance with all local, federal, and corporate regulations by conducting audits, managing documentation, and escalating issues as needed. Also serving as a liaison between station leadership and regulatory agencies to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational integrity.

Monitor and ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT, FDA, Transport Canada, and other regulatory mandates Investigate fines and irregularities from regulatory agencies and escalate when necessary Conduct station self-audits across operational and customer service areas Maintain detailed records and proactively report discrepancies to leadership Support stations during irregular operations and assist with ad hoc initiatives Ensure proper handling of dangerous goods and hazardous waste Oversee training, fueling, GSE, and facility maintenance compliance
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Completion of secondary school or equivalent education level 2+ years of experience in compliance regulations Valid provincial driver’s license as required by local authorities Ability to adjust hours/shifts to meet business requirements and workload demands with short notice Ability to travel as needed Fluently read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience in a customer service role or related field Familiarity in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of SABRE or QIK Experience within the airline industry
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external regulatory agencies Organize and manage time efficiently across multiple priorities Adapt to changing conditions while working independently with minimal supervision Perform duties under pressure during high-volume or irregular operations Maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with operational needs
