**Position:**Heavy Equipment Operator

**Location:**Allen & Bolack Excavating

**Start:**As soon as possible

**Wage:**TBD – Based on Experience

**Hours of Work:**50 hours/week

Position Description:

This position requires a skilled Loader &/or Backhoe Operator with experience is sewer & water renewal work.

Skills & Abilities:

-Proven ability to operate heavy equipment including loader, grader, backhoe

• Experience in sewer and water excavation -Valid Class 5 Driver’s license

• Ability to work under pressure

• Positive Attitude

• Reliable and Responsible

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs

• Ability to lift up-to 23 kg (50 lbs.) -Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities– Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, willing and able to work long hours and occasional weekends during peak season

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience operating equipment

• Experience operating in residential spaces

• Class 1 Driver License will be given preference

• Clean Driving Abstract

• Other duties as assigned
