Appointment Setter Overview 4 Level Coach helps builders and remodelers grow their businesses into scalable, profitable companies. Through our proven Four-Level Coach framework, we've guided business owners to step into true CEO roles, unlock growth, and create more freedom in their lives. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our team.
This is an active role focused on qualifying, prospecting, and setting appointments with serious, motivated builders and remodelers. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring only high-quality leads are booked onto our founder's calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from webinars, campaigns, and referrals
- Set appointments for sales calls on the founder's calendar
- Generate new opportunities through outreach, follow-ups, and networking
- Ideally, understand the building/remodeling space
- Actively prospect new leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, partnerships, and networking
- Book qualified sales appointments directly onto the founder's calendar
- Use scripts, frameworks, and CRM tools to manage and track conversations
- Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the pipeline
- Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of qualified prospects
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (bonus if in construction, remodeling, or coaching industries)
- Strong communication and qualifying skills - you know how to spot serious buyers vs. time-wasters
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in generating new opportunities
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Zoom, and online communication platforms
- A closer's mindset - focused on setting up strong deals, not just booking calls
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) plus commission
- Unlimited earning potential through commission per qualified appointment + bonus on deals closed
- Direct mentorship from the founder on business growth and sales

- Hybrid work: mostly remote, based in the Greater Toronto Area
