Change Manager, Payments Domain: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Change Manager, Payments Domain for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Change Manager, Payments Domain - Job Description: The Change Manager will be part of the Low Value Payments Modernization initiative within Global Transaction Banking. This project focuses on modernizing payment platforms to enhance digital capabilities and streamline operations for business clients.
Change Manager, Payments Domain - Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across payment engine modernization
- Create strategies to support adoption of changes based on impact assessments
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Lead Change Management and Training definition, planning, and execution
- Develop strategic messages and communication materials for stakeholders and clients
- Partner with Product Owners to drive change management efforts
Change Manager, Payments Domain - Mandatory Skills:
- Payments domain knowledge
- 5-8 years of strong understanding of change management methodology
- 3-5 years experience translating technical information for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record managing multiple cross-functional relationships
- Experience influencing leaders and senior executives
- 3-5 years of experience in change management or corporate communications
Change Manager, Payments Domain – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Undergraduate degree and change management certification
- ADKAR framework certification
Change Manager, Payments Domain – Assignment Length: This is a contract position until October 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
Change Manager, Payments Domain - Start Date: ASAP
Change Manager, Payments Domain - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office per week.
