About the Role: Guarantees equipment and machinery value safeguard through the management, updating and improvement of Maintenance policies. Provides support to competent structures (Engineering Department) to implement upgrading and replacement. Part of the Global Maintenance professional family supporting the continuous evolution of the Maintenance processes at the Group International Level.

MAINTENANCE AND INVESTMENTS BUDGET

  • Provides economic and quantitative impacts on maintenance budget due to new or updated maintenance policies, together with Maintenance Manager
  • Managing for maintenance the IAS code for the investments in order to insure the proper asset depreciation.
  • Collaboration with Finance on the investment assets management.
  • Collaborates with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator in elaborating and consolidating investment budget proposals with regard to the impact on the Maintenance processes Maintenance Strategic plan: together with the Maintenance Manager, manages the definition of the strategic plan of Maintenance over the next 5 years in terms of evolution of strategy to be applied to new and existing lines.
  • Leading Weekly / Monthly maintenance meetings regarding targets- KPI’s – break down analysis – PM reviews and maintenance planning and scheduling process.

Main Responsibilities: TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

  • Defines guidelines for maintenance policies (frequency of tasks, etc.) in collaboration with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator, in order to verify their feasibility and expected benefits
  • Defines the maintenance performance indicator (KPI) and collaborates to their value analysis
  • Defines the data collection methods and analysis to be performed in order to evaluate maintenance policies
  • Defines and shares the failure data analysis methods, in order to correctly collect related data
  • Collects and analyses, in collaboration with Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Manager, the equipment’s performance and failure data
  • Defines the machine breakdown logic and the physical layout hierarchy for equipment’s (new and updated, with the cost centres structure)
  • Collaborates with Maintenance Manager in defining auto-maintenance (production routine maintenance) potential application scope
  • Accountable for ensuing the updating, sharing, classifying and storage (also digital archive) of machine books, manuals, technical documentation, technical drawing

MAINTENANCE PLANNING

  • Support the maintenance planner/scheduler on the management of the allocation of the resources and PM’s according to the line’s availability
  • Collects, elaborates and shares best maintenance practices (available internally or externally) to be used during maintenance interventions
  • Supports the Maintenance Coordinator in planning the maintenance (preventative and predictive), above all providing him/her with information related to maintenance policies updating (ex: PM frequency) and / or new policies
  • Collaborates with Maintenance RMS – RDM’s for the identification of corrective and preventative actions based on the equipment efficiency analysis

NEW PROJECTS MANAGEMENT

  • FPM- FOX 2.0 – Coordinates all the FOX 2.0 activities – Workshop’s - Action plan follow-up.
  • OEE/OAE – Deployment and technical analysis of the OEE/OAE factory wise.
  • TDM professional family participation – creating new standards -providing the maintenance team the information’s related to new maintenance policies updating (ex: PM frequency)- BOM – ABC analysis - data analysis methods -Group KPI’S
  • Leading Group Key games – participating with the TDM professional family at the definition and management of the group key games.
  • Supporting the deployments of the new maintenance tools – new software’s –
  • SAP PM - Mobile system integration
  • SAP PM new technical structure implementation

QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY

  • Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained.
  • Verify with the maintenance planner that all the critical quality / food safety PM’s are always completed

ENVIRONMENTAL

  • To assist in the implementation of and conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas.
  • Verify with the maintenance planner that all the critical environmental PM’s are always completed.

About You:

  • Minimum University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Minimum five 5+ years of relevant industry experience, specifically experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical background in Maintenance and Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience with Lean Management
  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating activities across cross-functional areas
  • Flexible to accept and prioritize multiple challenges and quick change in priorities
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven hands-on problem solving and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of equipment design and function
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant food safety and environment regulations is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to make suggestions and implement improvements
  • Accounting Knowledge – budgeting, AP and depreciation plans
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of Design programs i.e AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of SAP

Compensation Data The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
