Accountabilities
- Maintain close and effective relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand potential clients' needs and collaborate on creating service demands.
- Conduct institutional and commercial presentations focusing on business understanding and opportunity generation.
- Develop long-lasting commercial relationships with clients.
- Act consultatively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and new opportunities.
- Manage and update the sales funnel in Pipedrive, ensuring data accuracy and lead tracking.
- Support the sales team in scheduling qualified meetings and tracking commercial metrics.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial or pre-sales roles, preferably in B2B sales.
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM (data entry, automations, follow-ups, reporting).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with active listening and negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented focus.
