Strengthen business synergies between Irving and assigned customers through strategic collaboration.

Analyze and align customer forecasts with internal teams (Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain) to optimize inventory and support allocations.

Conduct post-promotion and root cause analyses to drive process improvements.

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Establish and maintain KPIs and data visualizations to monitor performance.

Review promotional forecasts and coordinate volumes to minimize excess inventory.

Monitor POS and inventory levels to ensure in-stock targets are met, with emphasis on high-volume stores and item transitions.

Address non-compliance deductions through customer coordination.

Influence customer replenishment strategies and recommend store-level inventory solutions.

Provide analytical insights using customer reporting tools to support decision-making.

Recommend inventory adjustments based on upcoming activities and distribution center velocity.

Drive improvements in service levels by closing gaps between inbound and outbound fill rates.

Maintain strong customer partnerships through ongoing collaboration and communication.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
-
2+ years as a VMI Analyst, Demand Planner, Replenishment Analyst, CPFR Analyst, or related field
-
Strong ability to assess customer needs, develop actionable recommendations, and drive effective solutions.

Agile and strategic thinker with the ability to pivot quickly and collaborate across teams to influence outcomes.
-
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; capable of interpreting and summarizing complex data sets.

Clear and effective communicator with strong presentation and reporting abilities.

Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
-
Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Self-motivated, dependable, resourceful, and quick to learn.

Experience with analytical tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, RetailLink, SAP, or JDA is an asset.
