About the role
Join the Résidence Le Parc team! We’re looking for a highly organized, professional, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our management team.
Location: Saint-Léonard, Montréal
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Starting Wage: $25.00/hour
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Director of Care, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our retirement residence.
Responsibilities include
- Resident and family support
- Lease administration and renewals
- Accounts receivable and billing
- Government forms (RAMQ, tax credits, etc.)
- Maintenance coordination
- Admissions and move-ins
- Payroll administration and HR support
- Cash management
- Supervising reception operations
Software experience is an asset
- Yardi Breeze
- Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Microsoft Teams
- Calendly
