Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Provide support in managing a portfolio of high-value commercial insurance accounts.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with insurers to negotiate and secure competitive coverage terms.
- Review and process policy documents, endorsements, and certificates in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist the broker in client meetings, follow-up communications, and strategic account planning initiatives.
- Respond to client inquiries with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and service excellence.
The value you bring
- Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once
- Strong understanding of commercial lines products and markets
- Level 2 General Insurance License required
- Proficiency in Epic and Policy Works
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Hours: 37.5hrs per week
Location: Remote Options available in BC
Requisition: 82194
Compensation Range: $51,000 - $63,000
