About the role

This role is not about selling a school. It is about building trust with families as they make one of the most consequential decisions they will ever face.

At Alpha, core academics are completed in just two hours a day through AI-powered platforms, while the remainder of the day is dedicated to mastering real-world competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With 25 new campuses slated to open by the close of 2025, every campus launch begins with a single, critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. You will be responsible for that experience.

This is a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by forms or scripted outreach. You will manage the entire admissions lifecycle for your assigned families, from initial contact through to transition, ensuring exceptional service throughout. You will assess incoming inquiries, support families as they navigate their decision, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative burden so you can prioritize what truly matters: building relationships, driving conversion, and earning trust.

If you are seeking a position where sophisticated service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI is a fundamental operating principle, not a marketing claim — we invite you to apply.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and ongoing follow-up — ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize manual effort.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible playbooks — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional intelligence.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependent on others to execute.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted advisor from initial engagement through final transition.

Director Of Admissions Key Responsibilities Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

  • Confirmed aptitude with AI-enabled tools, automation frameworks, and workflow optimization.
  • Established capability to execute flawlessly on detail-oriented tasks — including documentation, follow-through, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.

  • Prior knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to education innovation.

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.

Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.

It's hard, but it's worth it!
