Position Summary
The Content Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through high-quality, targeted content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and customer success to develop and execute a content strategy that supports the entire B2B buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences in the B2B tech space.

Research, write, and edit a variety of content types including blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and more.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and customers to turn technical or complex topics into compelling narratives.

Optimize content for SEO using keyword research and best practices to increase organic visibility and drive web traffic.

Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent delivery and promotion of content across channels.

Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion) and use data to iterate and improve.

Support the creation of sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and product sheets.

Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

Stay current with industry trends, competitor content, and emerging B2B content marketing tactics.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and lead generation funnels.
- Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
