Lead Development Representative (Internship)

Overview Looking to acquire business development skills while you work through your degree ? MaintainX is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Sales Team as Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) . This internship provides hands-on experience in tech sales, with a pathway to transition into a full time Business Development Representative (BDR) role upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform account mapping tasks, including validating and updating key contact details in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Develop and present account diagrams/maps aiming to synthesize data and visualize organizational structures for effective outreach strategies.
- Review and update account activity history, ensuring comprehensive and accurate notes.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team for various data hygiene and process improvement tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Tech-Savvy- G-Suite and Excel a must, bonus if you have experience with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot etc)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
