The Customer Experience Specialist - Provides general support to Mobile Auto Solution Technicians in the effort to provide exceptional customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Works on a team that receives calls, emails, and website based service requests and organizes them for technicians to complete.
• Coordinates with technicians to answer technical questions for customers
• Coordinates with technicians to provide quotes for services needed
• Coordinates with management to resolve customer issues
• Coordinates vehicle transport to and from calibration centers

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• Experience with Google Workspace
• High School diploma or GED required, additional education is preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Read, write, and speak English
• Use computers, computer software, email, and office equipment, including the ability to type or otherwise input data and/or characters into a computer system
• Interact with people from diverse demographic backgrounds (bi-lingual is a plus)
• PC knowledge is required.

Hourly:

$20 - $25 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
