As CI continues its global expansion, we are investing in strengthening and modernizing our Finance function to support this growth. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Finance Transformation to lead and execute high-impact projects focused on automation, advanced reporting, and data visualization.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape how Finance operates across borders-delivering insights, efficiencies, and innovative tools that will help drive CI’s global strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive finance transformation projects, including automation, advanced reporting, and dashboard development.
- Design and implement workflows using Alteryx for data preparation and automation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to optimize reporting and analytics processes and provide actionable decision-making insights.
- Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Safeguard data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
- Support the adoption of AI technologies to modernize workflows and deliver data-driven outcomes
- Keep current on emerging finance technologies, data science tools, and accounting practices to fuel continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
-
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Big 4 or mid-tier advisory firm or finance transformation role.
Strong technical skills with automation and visualization tools (Alteryx, Power BI, etc.).
CPA designation (or near completion) preferred.
Solid foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and business processes.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
