About the role

We’re looking for a B2B sales specialist to help grow a commercial epoxy flooring and concrete coatings company in the GTA. The ideal candidate has experience selling to facility managers, property managers, plant managers, warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, commercial buildings, or contractors.

This role is for someone who can prospect, cold call, door knock, follow up, build relationships, and generate new commercial flooring opportunities. Construction knowledge is helpful, but existing facility/industrial contacts are even more valuable.

Responsibilities Generating leads Providing quotes to clients Negotiating sales and contracts Working with operations team for customer support Ensuring client satisfaction Meeting or exceed sales targets

Qualifications Excellent communication skills Flexible work hours Excellent customer services skills Proficiency with Word and Excel Previous experience in the epoxy industry or construction industry sales helpful Highly driven and professional
