Position Overview

We’re scaling our team with a Partner Support Representative who goes beyond ticket resolution—someone eager to help partners succeed through technical insight, proactive support, and a strategic digital mindset.

This role is ideal if you enjoy helping partners grow, understand website infrastructure and monetization tools, and have a solid digital marketing background. You’ll manage integrations, improve website performance, and collaborate closely with Partner Success and Product & Engineering teams, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing implementation gaps.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, high-quality support through email and ticketing platforms (HubSpot).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues such as script installation errors, integration failures, and data inconsistencies.
  • Guide partners in optimizing their websites for improved performance, discoverability, and monetization, especially on platforms like WordPress.
  • Manage and validate partner installations of Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, or Stay22 scripts for accurate setup and reporting.
  • Identify leads for upsell and expansion opportunities, collaborating closely with the Partner Success team.
  • Offer strategic advice to partners on best practices around SEO and GEO to maximize visibility and revenue.
  • Flag recurring technical issues or bugs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partner Success teams for improvements.
  • Create and maintain clear, actionable technical documentation, including help center articles, implementation guides, and technical FAQs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to enhance support workflows and partner experiences.
  • At times, you may be required to support partners outside of regular office hours (e.g., during holidays or office closures)

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian is a strong advantage.
  • Located in Europe or North America, preferably Montreal.
  • 2–3 years of experience providing technical support, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot software issues (APIs, integrations, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (ticketing, workflows, knowledge base features) or similar CRM platforms (Zendesk, HelpDesk).
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to identify patterns or troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, WordPress, and implementing scripts, tracking pixels, or similar performance optimization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to read, write, and debug basic front-end code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience in website building, maintenance, or performance optimization is a strong asset.
  • Understanding of API integrations, ability to troubleshoot and clearly document issues related to REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases, including running simple queries and troubleshooting.
