Tasks

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or service.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update internal records and databases.
• Perform data entry and update information.
• Prepare and organize administrative documents.
• Provide information to families and partners.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards beneficiaries.

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in French - functional English (20% of phone calls).
