Duties
Plan and curate menus in collaboration with management
Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations to ensure efficient food service
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications
Ensure exceptional food presentation that aligns with the restaurant’s standards and enhances guest experience
Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
Requirements Proven culinary experience in a restaurant setting, with expertise in Thai cuisine preferred
