Reinhart Foods Ltd. is a family business, with over 125 years of experience in delivering quality products (GFSI FSSC 22000 certified) and superior service to North American markets. Reinhart is Canada's leading producer of vinegars, maraschino cherries, glace fruit, and a respected name in the baking ingredient and hard cider industries. Reinhart produces private label for Canada's leading retailers as well as marketing and producing its own brands Allen's, Reinhart's, Daltons (1834), and Jaffa. Reinhart is also an industrial ingredient leader to both local food producers and North America's leading multi-national manufacturers.
Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:

Handle dedicated key customer accounts daily.
-
Review all daily reports from carriers to ensure deliveries are on time. If deliveries are not on time, send the necessary emails to find out why there is a delay and when the customer can expect their order/s. Notify customer of any/all delays.

Handle all damages from the customers/carriers. Work with Customer Finance Manager to ensure accuracy of investigation.

Handle all shortages/overages from the customers/carriers. Complete to the credit stage.

Assist and provide support for all customer service team vacations.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma; preference given to candidates with post secondary education
-
Previous customer service experience preferred
-
Excellent planning, negotiation skills and financial management skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and handle conflict
-
Effective oral/written communication
-
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
