ChezGLOBO Chaussures, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) associé(e) aux ventes passionné(e) par la mode et le service à la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe.
Vous contribuerez directement à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle en proposant un service chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé.
###Vos responsabilités
Accueillir chaque client avec courtoisie et offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure
Identifier les besoins des clients et recommander les produits appropriés
Maintenir une excellente connaissance des produits, collections et promotions en cours
Participer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente individuels et du magasin
Assurer la propreté, l’organisation et la présentation visuelle du magasin selon les standards GLOBO
Effectuer les transactions à la caisse, ainsi que les échanges et retours
Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail positif, respectueux et dynamique
###Profil recherché
Expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle (un atout)
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et esprit d’équipe
Intérêt marqué pour la mode, les chaussures et le commerce de détail
Sens des responsabilités, fiabilité et ponctualité
Disponibilité flexible (jours, soirs et fins de semaine)
Bonne maîtrise du français (anglais, un atout)
