Under the supervision of the PMO Program Director, the incumbent will play a key role in developing and deploying the organization’s operational initiatives. Drawing on best practices, you will actively contribute to identifying the needs of construction project teams and to designing and implementing tailored solutions, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
With a dual focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you will coordinate actions to roll out operational initiatives, gather feedback and insights from teams, track adoption and performance indicators, and play an active support in enabling change. Your cross-functional influence will empower you to engage with stakeholders, build alignment, and drive seamless collaboration across departments.
What you will do

Analyze operational needs, gain a deep understanding of on-the-ground reality, challenges, and pain points in project execution, and translate these insights into actionable improvement opportunities.

Support the design of solutions for construction project teams, ensuring they are both efficient and aligned with operational realities.

Develop comprehensive deployment plans outlining timelines, resources, deliverables, and key performance indicators to track adoption and impact, while coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts.

Produce clear reports on deployment progress, gaps, and risks.

Contribute to the development and execution of communication and training strategies to support teams throughout the rollout.

Act as a change agent by identifying sources of resistance and co-creating solutions that drive organizational buy-in.

Coordinate efforts to capture feedback from project teams and translate insights into solutions enhancements that align with evolving organizational and market needs.

Incorporate teams feedback into a continuous improvement approach to optimize deployment processes over time.
This role could be for you if you have
-
A university degree in engineering, project management/operational excellence, or any other relevant field
-
7 to 10 years of experience in construction and/or related fields, with a track record of managing large-scale projects
-
A proven ability to influence, inspire, and rally cross-functional stakeholders
-
The ability to communicate effectively and to simplify complex concepts
-
An outstanding organizational skills to manage a high volume of projects with rigorous follow-through
-
A critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on assigned projects
-
A real proficiency with analytical tools (Office Suite, Power BI, etc.)
